Liquid Latex Additive for Thinsets, Mortars and Grouts

PROFLEX ® Liquid Latex is a latex based product designed to improve the properties of non-modified thin-sets, mortar beds, and grouts. The latex additive improves workability, increases bond strength, improves flexibility, adhesion, impact strength and freeze thaw resistance. • Improved adhesion to both old and new surfaces • Helps reduce dusting, cracking and spalling of tile grout joints

PROFLEX ® Liquid Latex Additive can be used with thinset, Portland cement mortar mixes for patching concrete, underlayments for resilient flooring, thick bed mortars, leveling beds for ceramic tile and terrazzo and other thin applications where bonding is difficult. May also be used as a bonding agent for PROFLEX ® Patching compounds and to treat dusting slabs for improved adhesion.

PRO-STICK 35 Ready to Use Type 1 Mastic PROFLEX ® PRO-STICK 35 Mastic is a ready to use tile adhesive produced from high viscosity, synthetic polymers. Product meets ANSI A136.1 for a Type-1 Mastic. • Premixed ready to apply • Dries overnight • Ideal for countertops, backsplashes, tub and shower surrounds • Meets ANSI A136.1 requirements for a Type 1 Mastic Uses PRO-STICK 35 can be used for setting ceramic floor and wall tiles for residential and light commercial applications. It is also ideal for countertops, backsplashes, tub and shower surrounds over precast shower bases where requirements do not exceed those of ANSI A136.1 PRO-STICK 35 can be used for interior applications for ceramic tile to walls maximum 8”x8” (20cm x20cm) and ceiling tiles up to 6”x 6” (15cm x 15cm). Floor and counter-top tiles not to exceed 6” x 6” (15cm x 15cm).
